All children deserve access to a nurturing and exclusive learning environment. Our dedication extends to promoting the social agility of every child while closely monitoring safeguarding. We’re committed to establishing a secure learning environment through unwavering support and professionalism.

We are OCEM

OCEM (formerly Omega Education Services) partners with schools, virtual schools and Local Authorities, providing child-centred tuition and wellbeing programs for SEMH children and young people. We support children who struggle in mainstream education.

Who do we support?

  • Children with SEMH and challenging behaviours

  • Children out of school

  • Children unable to access mainstream education

  • Children in school who require additional support

  • Children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs

What we do

We work with local authorities and schools who refer students with SEMH to our services.

Boxall nurture programme

Flexible tuition for ‘Looked After’ children

Our specialised team liaises with virtual schools, offering support to “Looked After” children (those being supported by their Local Authority) and young people across London and the Home Counties.

1:1 face-to-face tuition

Our face-to-face tuition is an alternative to mainstream schooling for those with SEMH, focusing on mentoring and improving core curriculum skills.

Live learning online

Our online curriculum is developed alongside our partner organisation — an Ofsted-rated outstanding SEMH school based in East London.

Centre-based or
group-based 1:1 tuition

To support students with SEMH in gaining nationally recognised accreditation, including the Functional Skills and Arts Awards.

Holiday respite

We provide educational activities during the holidays to keep young people with SEMH engaged and challenged in interesting ways to benefit their learning.
